Ink drawings / water

One of my big challenges when drawing landscapes is not to replicate a photographic reality, but rather to reinvent what I see in abstract shapes.
Drawing water realistically is absurdly difficult, so my attempts to recreate it on paper almost naturally results in a unexpected happy mess.
